Selecting Answers from the Answer Pool

You can add Answers or select them from the Answer Pool.

  1. Click   on the Assessments/Surveys menu to expand it.
  2. Click Questions.
  3. Display the Question you are looking for by using the filters as described in the following sections.

  1. Locate the Question you want to view in the Questions section and click  next to it.
  2. Click Edit Question Details to change the Question details.
    or
    Click to edit the Question.

  1. Click the Answer tab.
  2. Click Select From Answer Pool.

The Answer Selector page contains its own set of filters to help your search. By default, the Answers displayed are all Answers in Active Status in the current LearnCenter. You can use other filtering options as defined below.

  1. To search by Answer Status, select one of the following options:
  1. To search by Answers in Category, click Select Category.
  2. Click the option button beside the Category to be included in the filter, then click Return selected.
  3. To search by Answer, define the search string in the text box then specify whether the Answer contains that string anywhere, or if it begins with that string.
  4. To search by Catalog, select one of the following options:

The Catalog drop-down list displays if global sharing is enabled. See Global Sharing for additional information.

  1. Select the number of results you want to Display from the drop-down list.
  2. Click Search to display the search results.
  3. Click the check boxes beside the Answers for this Question, then click Return Selected answers. The selected Answers appear on the Add Question page.
